Fresno State:
2012 Track (Senior): Competed in 11 meets ... ran a career-best in the 100-meter dash with a time of 11.84 and in the 200-meter with a time of 24.56 ... placed third at Run For the Dream in the 55-meter dash earning a personal best time of 7.08 ... earned a fifth place finish in the 60-meter dash setting a personal best time of 7.55 at the Indoor WAC Championships ... helped the Bulldogs 4x100 meter relay team to a second place finish at the WAC Outdoor Championships.
2011 Track (Junior): Placed first in the 100-meter dash with a time of 12.34 at the Cal Poly Invitational ... also competed in the 200-meter race marking a personal record by almost a second finishing in 24.69 ... took third in the 100-meter dash at the Brutus Hamilton Open.
2010 Track (Sophomore): One of the top sprinters for the Bulldogs...season-best time in the 100-meter was clocked at the WAC Championships of 12:04...improved both her 55- and 60-meter indoor sprint times...ran a 7.17 in the 55-meter at the Run for the Dream Meet...ran a 7.78 at WAC Indoor Championships in the 60-meter sprint.
2009 Track (RS Freshman): Ran the team[apos]s top 100-meter time in her first season as a Bulldog ... timed an 11.91 in the 100 at the dual against CSU Bakersfield ... had the conference[apos]s fourth-best time ... took fifth in the 100 at the WAC Outdoor Championships.
2008 Track (Freshman): Redshirted.
Prior to Fresno State: Lettered in track and field for four years at Dominguez High School ... named team captain as a senior year ... league champion in the 100-meter and 200 for three years ... CIF Division II Champion in the 100 with the time of 11.72, a personal-best ... ran a personal-best of 24.6 in the 200 ... was a member of the high honor all four years.
Personal: Born May 16, 1989 in Compton, Calif. ... mom is Casandra Miller ... has two brothers, Gregory Stephens and Anthony Burleson, and one sister Brianna Beavers ... favorite athlete is Alyson Felix because she is an inspiration to all young athletes ... person she most admires is her mom and Nana because of their strength and no matter how hard or bad things may be they go on with a smile...chose Fresno State because it was a good school and not too far or too close to family.
