Fresno State returns home to host Big Ten foe Minnesota on Dec. 8 at 7 p.m. at the Save Mart Center.
LAS VEGAS - The Bulldogs wrapped up competition at the Cliff Keen Las Vegas Invite on Saturday morning as the pair of 'Dogs remaining each fell in their respective consolation bracket matches.
Redshirt junior 149-pounder Khristian Olivas was pinned by No. 7 seed Austin O'Connor of North Carolina in 4:02 as Olivas took a 2-1 deficit into the second period before O'Connor was able to turn him for the fall.
Sophomore AJ Nevills battled No. 5 seed Joey Goodhart of Drexel falling behind 2-0 after the first period. After Goodhart escaped to start the third period gave him a 4-2 lead, Nevills secured a takedown in the final seconds of the third period tying the dual at 4-4 before Goodhart escaped with three seconds left for the narrow 5-4 win.
