Four Bulldogs finish in double figures, led by Porter’s 18.
BERNEX, Switzerland – Kick-started by a 23-0 run to open Thursday night's game, the second of Fresno State's European Tour, the Bulldogs defeated Lion de Carouge103-27. Junior Jordanna Porter led all scorers with 18 points to go with six assists, five rebounds and five steals.

Joining Porter in double figures was Genna Ogier (17), Kristina Cavey (13) and Bree Delaney (13). Maddi Utti nearly posted a double-double, coming up one point shy with nine points and 12 rebounds. Aly Gamez dished out a game-high nine assists for the 'Dogs.

How It Happened
Behind strong shooting and smothering defense to open the game, Fresno State raced out to a 23-0 lead just five minutes into the contest. That lead ballooned to 42 at the end of the first quarter as the Bulldogs held a 45-3 advantage. Nine 'Dogs scored in the quarter, including 11 points from Delaney, eight from Cavey, seven from Gamez and six from Ogier.

The Bulldogs held Lion de Courage to just five points through the opening 20 minutes as they piled up 65 points. The defensive effort played a part in the first half as the 'Dogs came up with 17 of their 24 steals during the opening half.

"Again, a great team. We were able to play everybody. Our focus tonight was to run some of our offense, make sure we execute, get better at a couple things, our rotation defensively, and I think we did that."
