With Fresno State's 85-80 win over Boise State on Saturday, the Bulldogs tied their longest win streak to open a Mountain West season (9-0). Both 9-0 starts have taken placed under head coach Jaime White with the previous one coming in her first season (2014-15).Â
- This year's win streak to open conference play is the third-longest in Fresno State history behind the 16 in 2009-10 and the 11 in the 2011-12.

The Bulldogs are one of four teams nationally to currently hold a 9-0 record in conference play. Fresno State is the only one which is not ranked as Louisville, DePaul and Gonzaga are all in the top 12.

Fresno State is currently leading the Mountain West with a eight-game win streak. It is the tied for the ninth-longest streak in program history.

30-point outbursts                                                                                                         Â
With Fresno State's 35-point fourth quarter at Boise State, it was the sixth time this season that the Bulldogs have scored at least 30 points in a quarter. Two of those quarters came against LaVerne when the 'Dogs scored a season-high 111 points, while the other four came against Cal Poly, Santa Clara, Wyoming and Boise State.
- Fresno State is 4-1 when recording 30 points or more in a quarter.
- The 35 points against Boise State was the most in any quarter this season.

Limiting the turnovers                                                                                                   Â
Ranking fourth in the nation in turnovers per game (11.4), Fresno State saw its first half of the season without a turnover come at Boise State. Trailing by 10 at the half, the Bulldogs did not commit one during the final 20 minutes en route to outscoring the Broncos by 15 the rest of the way. Fresno State's ninth and final turnover of the game came with 3:40 in the second quarter just before BSU took a 17-point lead.
- The 'Dogs are currently on pace to set a record for a new program low as the current record stands at 13.65.
- The Bulldogs have committed less than 10 turnovers on seven occasions.

The freshmen impact                                                                                                     Â
While it usually takes freshmen some time to get adjusted to the college game, this year's crop has begun to show just how much of an impact they can have on this team's future. Through nine Mountain West games, Haley Cavinder, Hanna Cavinder, Kendyll Kinzer and Brooke Walling have averaged a combined 38.8 points (50.1% of team's production), 15.9 rebounds (39.5%), 8.2 assists (50.0%), 4.1 steals (41.4%) and 1.8 blocks per game (60.0%).

Bulldog Bones                                                                                         Â
- Through 20 games, Fresno State (16-4, 9-0 MW) holds its best record since Jaime White's first season with the Bulldogs. That year they stood at 17-3 and 9-0 in the Mountain West at this point of the season.
- This is only the second time that Fresno State has started 9-0 in the Mountain West. It is tied the third-longest win streak to open any conference season.
- Fresno State extended its streak on Saturday at Boise State with its third win of the year when trailing by double-digits heading into the fourth quarter.
- In the last six games, the Bulldogs have earned five of their closest wins of the season (2, 3, 5, 5, 7). During the stretch, two of those wins saw the 'Dogs held well below their season average, while the other four saw them eclipse 80 points.
- Fresno State is averaging a program-best 77.4 points per game which ranks No. 20 in the NCAA.
- The 'Dogs are 14-0 this season when scoring more than 70 points, yet is 2-4 when it does not reach 70. Both of their wins when below have come since Jan. 15.
- The Bulldogs rank No. 7 in the nation in assist-to-turnover ratio (1.46) and No. 4 in turnovers per game (11.3). Both numbers are on pace to break program records.
- Fresno State is one of three teams in the country to have three players average over 15 points per game (Fresno State, Oregon, UConn).
- Air Force enters Wednesday's game sitting 10th in the league standings at 2-7, 4-16 overall.
- Despite their record, five of the Falcons' seven losses in league play have been decided by single digits, most recently falling to San Jose State 68-60 in Colorado last Saturday.
- Known for hustle plays, this year has been no different as Air Force ranks No. 1 in the Mountain West in offensive rebounds (15. 8) and second in forced turnovers (19.1). The 15.8 offensive rebounds ranks 12th nationally while the 10.9 steals per game is 23rd.
- The Falcons are scoring 61.5 points per game with Kaelin Immel pacing the team with 15.5 per outing. The junior ranks fifth in the league in scoring average.
- Fresno State has never lost to Air Force, holding a 14-0 advantage in the series.
- Since joining the Mountain West, the Bulldogs have outscored the Falcons by 20.6 points per game in five meetings at the Save Mart Center.
- The 'Dogs have held AFA below 50 points in each of their six meetings in Fresno.
