'Dogs set to host three matches this week

FRESNO, Calif. – The Fresno State men's tennis team is set to host three matches this week. The No. 48-ranked Bulldogs are 8-6 on the year and coming off of a 4-1 loss to Arizona on Monday that followed a four-match win streak.
Their first match takes place Thursday at 11 a.m. PT versus Gonzaga, followed by a Friday match against LMU at 1 p.m. PT. The final match of the weekend will be against Colorado Mesa on Sunday at 5 p.m. PT. Both of these matches will be held at the Spalding G. Wathen Tennis Center.

SCOUTING GONZAGA
Gonzaga is 9-4 thus far in the season. The team has battled Fresno State once already this season, where Gonzaga lost 4-2.
The Bulldogs are not currently ranked as a team but have one player ranked nationally in No. 118 Sam Felt.
Last time out - Gonzaga's last outing was an appearance in the Fresno State hosted Pacific Central Valley Championship tournament, where the team went 1-2 with a loss to Fresno State in the semifinal round.
SCOUTING LMU
LMU is currently 4-7 on the season with three of those wins coming in its first four matches of the spring season.
The team is led by senior Keenan Mayo and junior Diego Nava who hold 4-2 and 4-1 overall records respectively.
Last time out - The team's last outing was a 7-0 victory against Utah State.
SCOUTING COLORADO MESA
With a 6-6 record, Colorado Mesa men's tennis team sits at an even .500 this far into the season.
Last time out - The Mavericks are coming off of a three-match losing streak as a result of the MSU-Texas Tennis Invitational. These losses came to MSU Texas, Cameron University and Southwest Baptist.
