- Fresno State (9-3) enters this week sitting in second place in the Mountain West standings behind Colorado State (10-2) and tied with New Mexico (6-2).
- The Bulldogs have won eight of their last nine games in conference play.
- Averaging 81.5 points per game, Fresno State's high-powered offense meets the Mountain West's ninth-ranked offense in Air Force which averages 60.5 ppg, a 21-point difference.
- Fresno State's offense is one of three in the MW to rank in the top 15 nationally. The Bulldogs check in at No. 14. The 'Dogs have also moved up to No. 21 in field goal percentage, connecting at a 46.5 percent clip.
 - The Bulldogs scoring has been aided in recent weeks by its sharpshooting from the 3-point line. Fresno State has seen its percentage from deep increase to 36.1 percent, second-best in the Mountain West but pace the MW in conference games at 39.4 percent. The Bulldogs have a shot 40.4 percent during their last six games.
- Haley Cavinder (19.1 ppg) and Hanna Cavinder (17.6 ppg) sit 1-2 in the league in scoring. They rank among the nation's top 20 scoring duos (36.7 ppg) and are one of 12 sets of teammates to average at least 17.0 ppg.
- With one of the two leading the Bulldogs in scoring in all 17 games, Fresno State is 6-2 this season when the duo scores at least 38 points.
- The 2020 MW Freshman of the Year, Haley Cavinder, has taken her game to another level in Year 2, pacing the conference in scoring (19.1 ppg) and rebounding (8.3 rpg), is fifth in steals (1.8 spg), 3-pointers made per game (1.9 pg), assist-to-turnover ratio (1.49) and is seventh in assists (3.9 apg).
- Maddi Utti earned Fresno State's fourth Player of the Week following the two-game series with Utah State. It was the Bulldogs third in the last four weeks.

During the previous three weeks, Fresno State's offense has been clicking on all cylinders. In the last six games, the Bulldogs have dropped at least 90 points four times. Three of those have come in the last three games. It is the first time in program history that a Bulldog team has accomplished that feat. That run has brought Fresno State's season total to seven with four coming against Mountain West opponents.
- Fresno State had scored at least 90 points in six games during Jaime White's previous six seasons with the Bulldogs.
- During the previous eight seasons, Fresno State had only reached 90 points against Mountain West opponents three times.

The 25 in Game 1 and 26 in Game 2 were the Bulldogs' third- and second-most of assists in a game this season just behind their season-high of 27 against Lamar.
- Fresno State has totaled at least 20 assists in each of the last three games. The 'Dogs had two such games during their previous 15 games.
- The Bulldogs rank second in the league in assists per game (15.2 apg).

The Bulldogs have done well in the past about not fouling but this season, they have taken it to another level. Fresno State ranks eighth nationally in personal fouls per game, committing 13.1 per contest.
