'Dogs close out season with four matches this week; host senior day against Nevada on Saturday

FRESNO, Calif. -- The Fresno State men's tennis team is set for its final stretch of regular season play, capping it off with its senior day matchup against Nevada. The 'Dogs will first take on Fresno City College and Ventura College on Thursday and Friday respectively, before ending the season against Nevada on Saturday at 12 p.m. PT. All matches will be at Spalding G. Wathen Tennis Center.
Fresno State will honor three seniors in its final home match, those being Angus Bradshaw, Zdenek Derkas and Henrique Osorio.Â
The Bulldogs are currently 15-4 overall (4-2 MW) on the year with just four matches remaining in the season. Fresno State is currently a combined 70-25 in singles play, including an 18-9 record in conference.Â
Four 'Dogs have double-digit win totals with Bradshaw and Aleksandr Myagkov each with 13. Dario Huber has 11 and Derkas is at 10. Myagkov holds a team-best winning percentage of 86.7 percent as the freshman stands at 13-2 overall. Along with fellow freshman Reece Falck, the two have each gone 8-1 in their last 10 matches.

SCOUTING THE WOLF PACK
Nevada currently sits at 5-11 (1-5 MW) overall this season. The Wolf Pack are currently on a five-match losing streak after earning its lone conference win against Air Force.Â
Last time out - The Wolf Pack's last match resulted in a 4-0 loss against San Diego State. Â
