Majors
Aaron Judge, Outfielder, New York Yankees, 5th MLB season/Yankees
Judge recently returned from the COVID-19 injured list on July 27 and has played in 90 games for the Yankees this season leading the team with a .282 batting average and 21 home runs.
The three-time All-Star recorded his 500th career hit on July 9 and played in his third Mid-Summer Classic on July 13 making the start in right field for the American League.
He has racked up 94 hits, leads the team with 49 RBIs & 52 runs scored while also leading the team in on-base percentage (.375) and slugging percentage (.511).
The Yankees check in third in the AL East at 56-48 overall.

Luplow has played in 36 games for the Indians this season, but has been sidelined since May 27 with an ankle injury and recently began a rehab assignment in Triple A with the Columbus Clippers on July 20.
The Clovis native has smacked seven home runs and added five doubles totaling 17 hits and has scored 12 runs and driven in 20 RBI.
On July 30, Luplow was traded from the Indians to the Tampa Bay Rays and will join the Triple-A club in Durham who lead the Southeast Division in Triple-A East at 51-26.

Miller made his 2021 debut in Triple-A with the Rochester Red Wings (Nationals) tossing 16.1 innings while allowing only one run.
The Bakersfield native then made his way up to the majors making five relief appearances with the Nationals working three innings and striking out four before being claimed off waivers by the Cardinals on July 3.
In 10 appearances in St. Louis, Miller has struck out five in 7.2 innings and converted a save at San Francisco on July 6.
The Cardinals are third in the NL Central at 53-52 overall.

Wilson was traded from the New York Yankees to the Cincinnati Reds on July 27 after making 21 relief appearances with the Yankees this season.,
Wilson posted a 1-1 mark with a 7.50 ERA in 18.0 innings striking out 15 and earned a win in a 4-3 victory in 11 innings over the Nationals on May 8.
He made his Reds debut on July 28 with an inning of work in a 8-2 win over the Chicago Cubs and has 491 career strikeouts as he closes in on 500 in his career.
The Reds are 56-50 overall and sit second in the NL Central.

Ward has played in 63 games for the Angels this season hitting .240 with 49 hits, including 14 doubles and eight home runs.
The 2015 first-round selection has added 31 runs scored and 31 RBI and was optioned down to Triple-A Salt Lake on July 22.
Ward has been on a tear since being sent down recording a three-hit performance on July 24 and a four-hit outing with a pair of doubles, a home run and two runs scored in a 6-5 win over Las Vegas (Athletics AAA).
The Bees are 35-41 overall and fourth in the West Division of the Triple-A West.

Wynns has played in 20 games since being promoted to the Orioles to May 31 with 10 hits and seven runs scored hitting a pair of home runs, including one in a 13-3 win at the Houston Astros on June 29.

LHP Jaime Arias - Lynchburg Hillcats (Class Low-A) - Cleveland Indians
An undrafted free agent in 2020, Arias continues to put together a great first professional season with the Lynchburg Hillcats.
The Woodland native has made 18 appearances with five starts while posting a 3.75 ERA working 60.0 innings striking out 79 only walking 12.
Winning his last three starts, Arias has combined for 25 strikeouts in 16.2 innings and sits 6-2 on the season.
The Hillcats sit 40-37 overall and are third in the North Division of Low-A East.

An 11th-round pick in 2019, Arruda played in 41 games for Low-A Fredericksburg hitting .235 from the plate before being being promoted to High-A Wilmington on June 29.
In 24 games with the Blue Rocks, the Clovis native has 15 hits, including five doubles and had a three-hit performance on July 29 at Hudson Valley (Yankees High-A).
Wilmington is 32-46 and fourth in the North Division in High-A East.

A sixth-round selection in 2019, Ashford has played in 52 games this season with 14 contests with Class A St. Lucie hitting .340 with 17 hits registering three doubles, six runs, six RBI and one stolen base.
He was then promoted to High-A Brooklyn on May 22 and has played in 38 games hitting .238 with 30 hits with four doubles, one triple and a home run, scored 11 runs and driven in 13 RBI.
Brooklyn sits 30-46 and fifth in the North Division in High-A East.
C Carter Bins – Altoona Curve (Class AA) – Pittsburgh Pirates
An 11th-round selection in 2019, Bins played in 40 games for the Everett AquaSox (Mariners High-A) hitting .284 with nearly half of his 42 hits going for extra-bases tallying 10 doubles and seven home runs, has driven in 31 RBIs and scored 42 runs.
He received a promotion to Double-A Arkansas on July 11 appearing in 11 games before being part of a trade on July 27 that sent Bins to Pittsburgh in exchange for Pirates major league pitcher Tyler Anderson.
Bins will get his time in the Pirates organization started in Double-A with the Altoona Curve who are 41-34 overall and third in the Southwest Division of Double-A Northeast.

Claimed in the AAA phase of the 2020 Rule 5 Draft by the Tampa Bay Rays, Brink has been in Double-A with the Montgomery Biscuits making 23 appearances with one start on the mound.
In 39.1 innings, Brink is 4-0 with a 4.12 ERA and has 35 strikeouts, walked 14 and threw a season-high 3.0 innings earning a win while tossing a season-best five strikeouts on July 31 vs. the Biloxi Shuckers (Brewers AA).
The Biscuts are 42-34 and are second in the South Division of Double-A South.

A 33rd-round selection in 2019, Dempsey got his season started with four games with the ACL Giants Black before moving up to High-A Eugene on July 5.
In 16 contests with the Emeralds, he has collected six hits with two doubles, a home run, five runs scored and seven RBI.
The Emeralds are 44-34 and second in High-A West.

The 2018 sixth-round selection made one relief appearance on May 5 working one inning and striking out one before being injured and being placed on the 60-day injured list on June 11.
The Cardinals are 30-48 and fifth in the North Division of Double-A Central.
RHP Ryan Jensen – South Bend Cubs (Class High-A) – Chicago Cubs
A first-round selection in the 2019 MLB Draft, Jensen has made 14 starts on the season and sits 2-7 with a 4.97 ERA in 54.1 innings and has struck out 66 and walked only 20.
Jensen struck out a career-high 10 on July 27 against Quad Cities (Royals High-A) in five innings and allowed only one earned run.
The Cubs are 33-44 and fifth in the West Division of High-A Central.

Lambert, who made his major league debut in 2020 with the Chicago White Sox, has made 13 starts in Triple-A for the Charlotte Knights.
After making his MLB starting debut for the Chicago White Sox on May 31 striking out four in a tough 3-1 loss at the Cleveland Indians, made one relief appearance on June 27 in a 7-5 win over Seattle and got a spot start on Sunday (Aug. 1) against Cleveland working three innings while striking out two in a 2-1 win over the Indians.
Lambert struck out a season-high eight on July 2 in a 4-0 win over Norfolk (Orioles AAA) and also earned a win over Jacksonville (Marlins AAA) on July 8.
The Knights are 28-49 and seventh in the Southeast Division of Triple-A East.

A 10th-round selection of the Miami Marlins in 2016, Lee has put together a great season in Triple-A with the Gwinnett Stripers.
In 22 relief appearances, the Dinuba native is 3-1 with a 2.01 ERA while limiting opponents to seven earned runs and a .195 average.
Lee has struck out 30 and walked only four for a 7.50 strikeout-to-walk ratio in 31.1 innings. He picked up a win on July 21 against Norfolk (Orioles AAA) working two scoreless innings in a 4-3 win over the Tides.
The Stripers are 41-37 and fourth in the Southeast Division of Triple-A East.

A 15th-round selection in 2019, Moore made 18 relief appearances with Low-A Fredericksburg before receiving a promotion to High-A Wilmington on July 17.
In four relief outings and seven innings of work, Moore earned his first win with Wilmington on July 30 with two scoreless innings and struck out a season-best four for the fourth time this season.
The Blue Rocks are 32-46 and fourth in the North Division of High-A East.
LHP Fred Schlichtholz – Fort Wayne TinCaps (Class High-A) - San Diego Padres
A 13th-round selection in 2017, Schlichtholz made 23 relief appearances and one start in Double-A with the San Antonio Missions before moving down to High-A Fort Wayne on July 19.
In four relief appearances in Fort Wayne, the Coronado native has earned a pair of wins over Dayton (Reds High-A) on July 21 and Lansing (Athletics High-A) on July 27 and has six strikeouts in 5.1 innings.
Fort Wayne is 36-42 on the season sitting sixth in the East Division of High-A Central.

A seventh-round selection in 2017, Thomas started the season in Class High-A Hickory with the Crawdads making five relief appearances before being promoted to Double-A Frisco on June 18.
In 15 appearances out of the bullpen in Frisco, Thomas is 1-0 with a 4.43 ERA working 20.1 innings striking out 25. He struck out four in a pair of outings on July 8 against Arkansas (Mariners AA) and Springfield (Cardinals AA) on July 16.
The RoughRiders are 47-31 and first in the South Division of Double-A Central.

Selected in the 13th round of the 2021 MLB Draft, Andrews, Jr. put together a strong junior season for the Diamond 'Dogs this season earning All-Mountain West second team honors hitting .325 from the plate smacking nine home runs to tie for ninth in the conference and led the league with 32 walks.
He became the eighth 'Dog drafted by the Rockies.
OF Ryan Higgins – Baltimore Orioles
Taken with the 257th overall selection in July's draft, Higgins became the 32nd student-athlete under head coach Mike Batesole to be selected in the first 10 rounds of the draft since the skipper became head coach of the Bulldogs in 2003 and led the Diamond 'Dogs in average (.352), hits (58), runs (45), doubles (13), triples (3), home runs (11), RBI (41) and total bases (110) this spring.
He became the fifth Bulldog to be drafted by the Orioles and signed with the franchise on July 23.
RHP Jamison Hill – Arizona Diamondbacks
Hill signed an undrafted free agent with the Arizona Diamondbacks on July 14 as a four-year Diamond 'Dog wrapping up his Fresno State career with 11 wins in 59 appearances, making 20 starts, converted six saves and struck out 140 in 167.1 innings pitched. Hill made 12 starts on the mound for the 'Dogs in 2021 as a senior leading the team tossing 72.1 innings earning five wins, struck out 49 and tallied a 5.23 ERA.
