2020 (Junior): Tomczak appeared in eight games in the 'Dogs COVID-19 shortened season ... made lone start of the season in right field against Washington (Feb. 22) ... notched one hit in nine at-bats ... drove in one RBI and scored two runs ... drew three walks ... swiped one base in one attempt against UC Irvine (Feb. 16) ... smacked a double against the Huskies ... lone RBI came in a 13-0 win over Cal Poly (Feb. 25).
2019 (Sophomore): Tomczak appeared in 26 games from the plate... started 21 games with 18 starts in right field, two in left field and one in center field... hit .167 from the plate... tallied nine hits... smacked two doubles and hit one home run, a two-run shot, against Air Force (April 14)... scored eight runs, including two runs at Cal Poly (April 9)... drove in four RBI... drew six walks... stole lone base of the season against Missouri State (Feb. 24)... laid down a sacrifice bunt against CSU Fullerton (Feb. 23).
2018 (Freshman): Tomczak appeared in 43 games as a freshman... made 37 starts with 32 coming in right field and five in left field... smacked 35 hits to tie for sixth-most on the team... hit .255 from the plate with a .292 on-base percentage and a .394 slugging percentage... hit 10 doubles as he was one of five 'Dogs with double-digit doubles... hit three home runs on the season, seventh-most on the club... scored 19 runs and drove in 20 RBIs.. laid down two sacrifice hits... stole two bases... tallied a .932 fielding percentage... had 11 multi-hit games with two hits apiece... scored a season-high three runs against Saint Mary's (April 17), one of four multi-run games... drove in a season-best four runs at San Jose State (March 18).
High School: Was one of six 'Dogs to be a member of the Oakland A's Area Code Team in 2016... appeared in 26 games at Argonaut HS in 2016 as a junior hitting .470 from the plate and added 39 hits with 16 going for extra-bases, including nine doubles, three triples & four home runs and added 31 RBIs, 30 runs scored & had a .559 on-base percentage and a .795 slugging percentage (2016)... Over his first three-years as a prep, Tomczak appeared in 74 games hitting .455 from the plate and had 101 hits, 23 doubles, 14 triples, 11 home runs, 95 RBIs, 78 runs scored and finished with a .543 on-base percentage and a .833 slugging percentage.
