2020 (R-SOPHOMORE): Played in all six games, and got two starts for the ‘Dogs … had 18 tackles this season … had his first career sack at UNLV (Nov. 7) … had 2.5 TFL of 10 yards on the season … had a season-best game at UNLV with six tackles, 2.0 TFL and a sack … had at least two tackles in all but one game this year ... named to the Fall Academic All-Mountain West team.

PERSONAL: Born in San Jose, Calif. … son of Julie Fimbrez … has one older brother (Jerric) and one younger sister (Jessa) … cousin Stevie Johnson was a wide receiver for the Buffalo Bills and cousin Dion Jordan plays defensive end for the Seattle Seahawks … his favorite athlete is Ray Lewis because he is a great leader and motivational speaker … biggest athletic thrill was winning the valley championship at Central HS … chose to return to Fresno because it is where he grew up and he wanted to be close to home … is a psychology major.
