2019 (Senior): Played in 12 games, and recorded one start versus Colorado State … was fourth on the team with 287 rushing yards on 75 carries … was second on the team with nine rushing touchdowns … also added 97 yards and one touchdown on 17 receptions … had three multi-touchdown games - vs. Sacramento State (Sept. 21), UNLV (Oct. 18) and Colorado State (Oct. 26) … scored three rushing touchdowns versus UNLV, a career-best … his three rushing touchdowns is tied for second-most in a single game in the Mountain West this season … served as a team captain for the final four games of the season.
2018 (Junior): Played in 13 of 14 games and made one start … had 73 rushes for 260 yards on the season with a long of 22 yards and a touchdown … also added eight receptions for 56 yards with a long of 22 yards … totaled 316 all-purpose yards in 2018 … notched a season-high 59 yards rushing on seven carries against Toledo on Sept. 29 … logged a season-high 12 carries on two occasions, the first at UCLA on Sept. 15 and the next at New Mexico on Oct. 20 … lone rushing touchdown came on Nov. 3 against UNLV.
2017 (Sophomore): Appeared in all 14 games as a sophomore, making four starts at running back … a force on the ground, Hokit ranked second on the team with 583 yards rushing … averaged of 4.6 yards per carry with 128 attempts on the season … his seven rushing touchdowns led the team as well tied for the ninth-most in the MW … had a single game season-high 77 yards and a single game career-high three touchdowns at San Diego State on Oct. 21 … carried the ball a career-high 21 times at Wyoming on Nov. 18 helping the ‘Dogs to a 13-7 win to clinch the MW West Division … added 13 receptions for 107 yards during the year, tallying a season-high three receptions for 25 yards in a win at home over Nevada on Sept. 30 … went 2-of-3 passing, tossing two touchdown passes for 81 yards in 2017, which included a 65-yard scoring toss to Jared Rice in the season-opener vs. Incarnate Word on Sept. 2.
2016 (Freshman): A walk-on that initially accepted a scholarship to wrestle at Drexel made two starts and played in all 12 games in a versatile role that saw the true freshman play as a linebacker, fullback, running back and on special teams … first career start was on Sept. 24 vs. Tulsa at fullback and second career start was on Nov. 26 vs. San Jose State at running back … first field action was on special teams on Sept. 3 at Nebraska … made first three career tackles playing on special teams and linebacker on Sept. 10 in the home opener against Sacramento State … tallied seven tackles on the season … earned time at running back for the first time on Nov. 19 against Hawai’i and exploded for 97 yards on 18 carries, it was the third-most single-game rushing yards by a Bulldog during the season … with 5.4 yards per carry against Hawai’i, it was the second-best yards per carry (min.15 carries) performance by a Bulldog in 2016 … earned first career start at running back the following week on Nov. 26 against San Jose State and recorded 33 yards on nine carries … registered 130 yards rushing for the season over two games... earned Academic All-Mountain West honors.
High School: Named TRAC Player of the Year and the Central Section Defensive Player of the Year as a senior ... was a second-team all-state selection ... recorded 125 tackles at linebacker and also rushed for 820 yards at 6.7 yards per pop with eight touchdowns as a senior ... named Fresno Bee Athlete of the Year ... three-time placer at the CIF Wrestling Championships and won the 2016 championship (state champion wrestler at 182 lbs.) ... was ranked as high as No. 3 in the nation.
