Series history with Wyoming
• Fresno State holds a 16-10 edge over Wyoming in the all-time series.
• After the Cowgirls defeated the Bulldogs 87-76 in Laramie, Wyo., on Jan. 29, 2014, to tie the series, the 'Dogs have won six consecutive games including its only two contests in Laramie.
• Fresno State is 2-8 all-time in Wyoming but has won its last two games in Laramie under head coach Jaime White who was a former assistant coach under Wyoming coach Joe Legerski.
• During the Bulldogs' four seasons in the Mountain West, the series with Wyoming has been tightly contested despite the 'Dogs holding an 8-2 record. Eight of 10 games have been decided by less than 10 points, while two games have been decided by one point.
A look at Wyoming
• Wyoming enters Wednesday's game with a 10-3 record and is one the hottest teams in the Mountain West after winning its last four games and six of its last seven.
• Two weeks ago, the Cowgirls became the first team in the conference this season to defeat a ranked opponent, topping No. 15 Colorado, 82-75, in Boulder, Colo.
• Wyoming ranks as the MW's most efficient offense, leading the league in scoring margin (+13.3), field goal percentage (.428), 3-point percentage (.369), free throw percentage (.784) and assist/turnover ratio (1.2).
• The Cowgirls are shooting 5.6 percent better than its opponents from the field, 3.6 percent better from 3 and 13.0 percent better from the free throw line.
• Junior Liv Roberts leads the Cowgirls in scoring and rebounding, ranking fifth in the conference in scoring at 15.2 points per game and 12th in rebounding at 6.8 per game. In two conference games, she has increased her output to 20 points per game and 7.5 rebounds per game.
• Sophomore point guard Clara Tapia is fifth in the MW in assists with 4.7 per game.
Chasing 60
• With the strength of Jaime White's teams being on the defensive side of the ball, a benchmark for its offense has been to score 60 points. Under White, Fresno State has won 74.0 percent of those games (37-13). The Bulldogs' record when scoring between 60-69 points is 23-10.
• This season, the 'Dogs have won each of its games when scoring more than 60 points (8-0).
Holding teams down
• The Bulldogs have held its opponents to 60 points or less in six of its eight wins.
• Only two teams have scored more than 70 points against the 'Dogs this season (Washington, 85; New Mexico 80). Fresno State allowed four teams to score at least 80 points during the 2015-16 season. All four games resulted in losses. Washington scored the most of any Bulldog opponent that season (89).
Rarity of 80
• In the conference opener against New Mexico, Fresno State allowed at least 80 points to a conference opponent since the 2013-14 season when the Bulldogs gave up 80 to San Jose State in 107-80 victory.
• That season, the Bulldogs allowed at least 80 points twice to Mountain West opponents, giving up 87 on the road at Wyoming in an 87-76 loss.
• Fresno State has allowed at least 80 points to MW opponents in only three games since it joined the league during the 2012-13 season.
Winning away from home
• Fresno State has been at its best this year when playing away from the Save Mart Center. The Bulldogs have posted a 5-1 record this season when playing outside of Fresno. The 'Dogs lone loss away from home was at then-No. 13 Washington.
• The Bulldogs four losses at home this season (3-4) is tied for its most since the opening of the Save Mart Center 2003.
Breaking 3-point curse
• During the past two seasons, Fresno State has struggled in the win column when making six or more 3-pointers. The Bulldogs' record in such games during the first two seasons under Jaime White was 11-11.
• The 'Dogs have seemingly reversed the trend this year by holding a 6-0 record when knocking down at least six 3's.
Erasing deficits
• Heading into its last game of nonconference play, Fresno State was 0-3 when trailing at the half. The Bulldogs reversed that trend at Weber State, turning a six-point halftime deficit into a three-point win.
• Two games later, the 'Dogs again came back from a halftime deficit, putting together an 11-point swing in the second half at Nevada.
• It was Fresno State's 15th win since the 2014-15 season when trailing at the half (15-17).
Same player, new year
• It may be another year but junior Bego Faz Davalos hadn't seen a drop off from last year. Through 13 games, the center's numbers are on par or slightly up from last season as she is averaging 14.8 points, 11.1 rebounds, 4.0 blocks, 2.8 assists and 1.7 steals.
• Faz Davalos leads the Bulldogs in points, rebounds, blocks, assists, and steals.
• She ranks fourth nationally in double-doubles with nine and ranks third in program history with 25.
• She has recorded at least four blocked shots in seven games this season.
• With nine double-doubles this season, she is five away from tying the single-season school record which she set during the 2015-16 season.
Time to shine
• After playing in 11 games as a freshman, and logging 6.3 minutes per game, Candice White leads team in minutes (33.4), is second in points (14.5) and rebounds (5.5).
• The sophomore leads the team in steals per game (1.7). White has swiped three or more steals in four games, including a career-high five against CSU Dominguez Hills.
• She has reached double figures in 10 of 13 games.
• White has recorded three of the team's top five scoring performances this season, including a career-high 25 points at Nevada and 21-point games versus UC Irvine and CSU Dominguez Hills.
• In conference, White is eighth in scoring (14.5), second in free-throw percentage (91.1), 10th in steals (2.0), fifth in 3-point field goals made per game (2.1), seventh in 3-point percentage (.409) and second in minutes played (33.4).
Taking charity
• Prior to missing three free throws versus CSU Dominguez Hills, sophomore Candice White ranked fourth nationally in free-throw percentage. She is currently No. 14 at 91.1 percent (41-of-45).
• White opened the season with 18 consecutive free throws which is the most on record to start a season by a Bulldog dating back to the 1983-84 season. Records are not available prior to the 1983-84 season.
• Fellow sophomore Breanne Knishka has only missed two free throws on the year (15-of-17), but she does not meet the required number of attempts for an NCAA ranking.Â

• Bego Faz Davalos is currently No. 2 the NCAA in blocked shots per game (4.0).
• On Nov. 18 versus CSUN, the 6-foot-3 center tied her career high with 10 blocks. Both 10-block games resulted in triple-doubles.
• She has six more blocks this season than she did last year through the 13 games.
• Faz Davalos' 52 blocks ranks second in the NCAA in total blocks.
• Her 3.55 blocked shots per game in her career is second among NCAA active leaders.
• With Faz Davalos' help, the 'Dogs rank No. 21 in the NCAA in blocks per game (5.8) and No. 22 in total blocks (75).
• Fresno State has posted double-digit block totals twice this season, with 13 against CSUN and 12 versus CSU Dominguez Hills.
