'Dogs set to host Aggies and Broncos

FRESNO, Calif. -- The Fresno State men's tennis team is gearing up for a big weekend at Spalding G. Wathen Tennis Center, hosting Utah State and Boise State. Matches are set for Friday at 12 p.m. PT and Sunday at 10 a.m. The Bulldogs are seeking to get back on track after dropping their first conference match at New Mexico last week.

The Bulldogs are currently 12-3 overall (1-1 MW) on the year.

Individually, Fresno State is a combined 59-19 in singles play. Senior Angus Bradshaw is pacing the team with a 12-2 overall record.

SCOUTING THE AGGIES
Utah State currently sits at 10-5 as the team heads to Fresno to take on the Bulldogs. The Aggies hold a 1-1 conference record and are also coming off a loss at UNLV.

Last time out - The Aggies last match resulted in a 4-2 loss at UNLV after opening conference play with a 4-2 win over San Diego State.

Series history - The Aggies have gotten the better of Fresno State recently in their history, leading the series 4-1 in the last five meetings.

SCOUTING THE BRONCOS
Boise State currently stands at 12-2 heading into the weekend. The Broncos were handed their second loss of the season last week, and first in conference play.

Last time out - The Broncos last match resulted in a 4-0 loss at UNLV.

Series history - The series in recent years has been tightly contested with Fresno State winning three of the last five matches.
