A look at the Nevada Wolf Pack
Nevada arrives in Fresno with a 18-17 overall record on the season and a 15-9 mark in the Mountain West sitting second in the conference.
The Wolf Pack, who saw their eight-game winning streak snapped in a 14-11 loss at home to No. 22 Arizona State on Tuesday, are on an eight-game MW winning streak winning their final two games at Air Force and home sweeps against San Diego State and UNLV.
Nevada is hitting .310 from the plate to rank third in the MW and ninth in the nation and average 7.0 runs per game to sit third in the league. The Wolf Pack also lead the MW in home runs (46), triples (13) and are second in slugging percentage (.510), doubles (81), hits (379) and runs (244).
Junior infielder Tyler Bosetti leads the MW with 11 home runs and set a new NCAA record on Tuesday with a home run in nine straight games. He is hitting .342 from the plate and also leads the Wolf Pack with doubles (16), runs (36), at-bats (152), RBI (37) and slugging percentage (.704).
On the mound, Nevada sports a 5.54 ERA, third in the MW, while opponents are hitting .303 from the plate and have drawn 150 walks.
Freshman right-hander Cam Walty was named the MW Pitcher of the Week on Monday after tossing a season-best 7.0 innings against UNLV last weekend striking out nine and only allowed two runs and four hits in a 8-3 win. Walty leads the Wolf Pack with 43 strikeouts in 45.0 innings while Jake Jackson leads the team with 10 starts and 55.0 innings pitched.

Redshirt sophomore catcher Zach Morgan is a 16-game hitting streak dating back to April 3 at UNLV. Over that stretch, he is hitting .338 from the dish with 22 hits in 65 at-bats and has three doubles, two home runs, nine RBIs and 15 runs scored.

Sophomore infielder Andrew Kachel leads the team with nine home runs, 44 hits, nine doubles, 31 RBIs, .613 slugging percentage and 84 total bases.
