2021 (SENIOR*): Played in all 13 games, and earned three starts as a defensive tackle … had 24 stops on the year (17 solo) … added 3.5 tackles for loss … had 2.5 sacks … had one fumble recovery at San Jose State (Nov. 25) … also had a safety at San Jose State … recorded a season-high four tackles against the Spartans … part of a Bulldog defense who only allowed 20.5 points per game this season, while also holding two opponents scoreless. It was the first time since 2017 that a Fresno State team had multiple shutouts in a season … helped Fresno State to two wins over ranked opponents, both on the road. It was the first time Fresno State defeated two Top 25 opponents in a season for the first time since 2004, and the first time both wins came on the road in the 100 year history of the program … received an invite for the 2022 Tropical Bowl.
*Utilized the additional year of eligibility approved by the NCAA in the fall of 2020. The NCAA approved a blanket waiver for all 2020 fall sports student-athletes to retain a year of eligibility due to the COVID-19 pandemic.
PRIOR TO FRESNO STATE: Comes to Fresno State as a graduate transfer from Cal Poly … spent four season with the Mustangs, redshirted in 2016 … earned the team’s Most Valuable Lineman award … in the spring season (2020-21), recorded 12 tackles and one pass break up in three games … recorded 32 tackles, 0.5 sacks, 1 pass break up and 1 fumble recovery … was Cal Poly’s representative at the 2020 NCAA Career in Sports Forum … Block P leader … volunteered with a third grade flag football team.
HIGH SCHOOL: Attended Great Oak High School … was a three-year letterwinner on both sides of the ball … was a two-time first team all-conference selection … also earned first team All-Inland Area and first team All-Valley recognitions … as a senior, Boehm registered 89 tackles (75 solo), 13 sacks, four pass breakups, six forced fumbles, one fumble recovery and one interception … broke the school record for most sacks in a game (5) … had 105 total tackles as a junior … participated in the Semper Fidelis All-American Bowl … Riverside Country Scholar-Athlete award recipient … U.S. Army National Scholar-Athlete award … Great Oak Academic Letterwinner for earning about a 3.5 GPA all four years … earned an International Baccalaureate Diploma.
