2015 (Junior): Played in 11-of-12 games on the season, missing the UNLV game due to an injury … posted 18 tackles on the season and a half tackle for a loss … had a hand in a turnover in three consecutive games from Sept. 26-Oct. 10, forcing a fumble at San Jose State and vs. Utah State and recovering a fumble at San Diego State … the forced fumble against Utah State and fumble recovery against San Diego State both came on punt coverage, as he was a special teams leader for the Bulldogs in 2015 … his four tackles on special teams coverage (two on punts, two on kickoffs) ranked second on the team … had a season-high five tackles in the season opener against Abilene Christian.
2014 (Sophomore): Played in 12 games in his first season as a Bulldog ... recorded three tackles on the season and recovered one fumble on kickoff coverage against Boise State on Oct. 17.
Prior to Fresno State: As a freshman in 2013, Brown recorded 45 tackles, had seven pass breakups and three interceptions, including one that he returned 89 yards for a touchdown in a win over Glendale Community College ... enrolled at Fresno State in the spring 2014 semester with four years to complete his three remaining seasons of eligibility.
High School: Two way player as a running back and defensive back ... honorable mention all-state selection as a senior when he was a team captain ... had 130 carries for 1,130 yards as a senior with 17 total touchdowns ... recorded 68 tackles and three interceptions on defense ... also was a four-year letterwinner in track and field and a two-time All-American in rugby ... he played for the USA U-17 team from 2010-12 and in tours to London and Vegas.
