2018-19
Outdoor (Senior): Competed in nine meets during the spring, primarily in the 100 and 200 meters and on the team’s relays … had a best meet of the season at the Mountain West Championships qualifying for finals in both the 100 and 200 meters … set personal bests in both events in the finals at 11.96 in the 100 to place seventh and 24.46 in the 200 to place eighth … earned All-MW honors and a silver medal with the 4x400 team which qualified the NCAA Preliminary Round with a time of 3:37.73 … part of the 4x100 relay which finished fifth at 46.20 … recorded a personal best in the 400 meters at the Steve Scott Invitational at 56.84.

Indoor (Senior): Ran in all five meets … clocked a personal best in the 60 meters at the UW Preview with a time of 7.70 … ran PBs in the 200m (25.09) and 400m (57.04) at the Don Kirby Elite Invitational … was a part of the Bulldogs’ 4x400 relay team which placed fourth at the Mountain West Championships with a time of 4:44.07.
Prior to Fresno State: Spent one year Missouri State positing eight top-three finishes ... also ran on the Bears' relay teams ... ran season bests of 24.83 in the 200m and 55.24 in the 400m ... competed at Coffeyville Community College for two years ... earned Athlete of the Year in 2017… earned All-American status eight times during her time at Coffeyville.
High School: Competed in the 200 and 400 meters at Pickering High, setting personal bests of 24.24 (200m) and 55.10 … four-time athlete of the year at Pickering ... team MVP … team Ontario member.

Personal: Born in Ajax, Ontario, Canada … daughter of Aultea Dillon and Patrick Henry … has two older siblings, Vaughn and Courtney … majoring in speech pathology.
