Grace Wiesmann Named GoBulldogs.com Athlete of the Week

In the first meet of the season, Grace Wiesmann (Van Nuys, Calif.) threw a personal best mark of 58-3 (17.76m) to win the weight throw at the third annual Run for the Dream, Monday. The mark exceeds her former personal best and the WAC's top mark by four feet. Wiesmann out-threw athletes from six different schools, including USC and Cal Poly, as the Bulldogs bested all six teams in the seven-way dual.
