'Dogs back to work
After a pair of duals were postponed the last two weeks, the Bulldogs return to the mat on Sunday with their first dual action of the season taking Pac-12 foe Little Rock.
Last time out
The 'Dogs opened the season on Jan. 3 in San Luis Obispo taking on Cal Poly & Utah Valley in a round robin tournament as three Bulldogs were perfect on the afternoon.
Redshirt senior DJ Lloren & redshirt freshman Kyle Parco each went 3-0 at 141 pounds and redshirt sophomore Hunter Cruz was 4-0 at 184 pounds.
'Dogs in the national rankings
Two Bulldogs are in the national rankings as Lloren checks in No. 13 by FloWrestling and The Open Mat and is No. 16 by Trackwrestling & InterMat.
Cruz is ranked No. 31 at 184 pounds by The Open Mat.
A look at the Trojans
Little Rock is 0-5 in duals on the season falling to Pac-12 foes Oregon State & Arizona State along with Oklahoma State, Chattanooga and SIUE.
Three Trojans lead the team with three wins apiece on the season in Paul Bianchi (133 lbs.), Triston Wills (174 lbs.) and Gabe Beyer (Hwt.).Â
Little Rock is in their second year of a program after getting started in 2019-20 and finished with a 1-8 dual mark with a win over Ozarks.
