2018-19 (Sophomore): Deloza posted a 12-13 overall record as a sophomore... tallied a 10-7 mark in dual meets... went 3-5 in eight Big 12 duals... went 0-4 against ranked opponents... won six matches by decision, four by major decision and one each by fall and forfeit... defeated Aric Williams (South Dakota State) by fall in 4:44... drew a forfeit against California Baptist... notched major decision wins over Owen Lamb (Northern Colorado),12-1, Nico Colunga (NDSU), 12-1, Josh Breeding (Princeton), 13-5 & Wyatt Cornelison (Cal Poly), 10-2... tallied decisions over Joe Ferinde (Johnson & Wales), 8-5, Michael Foca (Centenary), 6-3, Dalton Young (Stanford), 12-10, Brent Jones (Minnesota), 13-11, Alec White (Purdue), 9-6 & Grant Willits (Oregon State), 10-7... went 0-2 at the Big 12 Championship falling to Chris Sandoval (Northern Colorado) and No. 7 seed Garrett O'Shea (Air Force)... competed against five NCAA Tournament qualifiers, including All-American Dom Demas (Oklahoma), while picking up a win over Willits of Oregon State.
2017-18 (Freshman): Deloza went 8-24 in his first season as a Bulldog... went 2-18 in dual meets with a 1-5 mark in Big 12 duals... recorded two falls, two major decisions, two decisions, a technical fall and a received a forfeit against Iowa State... notched falls over Elijah Blake (Shasta) and Nick Camacho (Cerritos) at the Bill Musick Memorial Open... also had a 16-1 technical fall win over Mario Martinez (FCC) and a 12-6 win over Aaron Mora (FCC) to finish first at the BMO Memorial Open... went 2-2 at the Reno Tournament of Champions with a 18-9 major decision win over Brawley Lamer (Cal Poly) & Brandon Kier (Stanford)... went 0-2 at the Big 12 Championships falling to Henry Pohlmeyer (South Dakota State) and Mike Longo (Oklahoma).
High School: Deloza was a three-time CIF State Meet qualifier at Clovis North High School... earned two CIF state tournament medals finishing fourth at 132 lbs. as a senior (2017) and placed fifth at 120 lbs. as a sophomore (2015)... was a four-year letter winner for the Broncos wrestling each season at a different weight... compiled a prep record of 128-26... finished second at the 2016 Folkstyle Nationals and was a two-time USA Wrestling Folkstyle Nationals All-American... won the 2016 J.J. Intermat Classic... placed at the Walsh Jesuit Ironman which is rated as the toughest in-season high school tournament in the country... was a 2015 Journeymen Fall Classic medalist.
Personal: Son of Sandra and John Franco... has three younger siblings, Ryan, Mia and Madison... Â pre-nursing major at Fresno State... favorite athlete is Bruce Lee.
