Prior to Fresno State: Competed at Big 12 West Virginia as a freshman in 2018-19 where he went 7-9 at 174 pounds... won three matches by fall, one by major decision and three by decision... defeated 2019 NCAA Tournament qualifier Drew Hughes of Michigan State, 4-2 (SV1) on Dec. 29.
High School: Won four state championships as a prep winning three in Louisiana and one in Iowa as a senior at Dubuque Wahlert... first-ever back-to-back Junior freestyle Fargo All-American
