2019-20 (Freshman): Reyes went 5-7 overall at 197 pounds ... tallied a 1-5 mark in dual action ... earned three wins by decision, one major decision and one fall ... finished second at the Roadrunner Open falling to No. 6 ranked Nathan Traxler (Stanford) in the finals ... earned a 6-5 win over Colin McCracken (Kent State) in the round of 32 at the Cliff Keen Las Vegas Invite ... won his Bulldog debut on Nov. 1 over Taylor Watkins (Wisconsin), 6-3 at the AFC Duals.
High School: Reyes ranked as the second-ranked recruit at 195 pounds by InterMat... ranked No. 8 by FloWrestling and The Open Mat... No. 43 ranked recruit in the Class of 2019 by FloWrestling.... won the 195 pound weight class as a senior at Gilroy High School... placed third at 195 pounds at the 2018 CIF State Tournament while competing for Clovis West.
Personal: Son of Leticia & Lasaro Reyes... has two siblings, Kaelah & Nikko, who wrestled at Illinois... also recruited by Ohio State, Wyoming and Indiana... enjoys watching movies and playing spikeball...  choose to attend Fresno State so he could bring an NCAA title to his hometown... favorite athlete is Rocky Balboa.
