Roxanne Sellick won her second conference title Saturday at the WAC Indoor Track & Field Championships in Boise, Idaho. The senior from Fresno, Calif. (Bullard HS), ran a 4:54.87 to best the competition and take the gold in the 1-mile race. Sellick also picked up second in the 3,000-meter race, despite losing her shoe in the first lap of the race. She ran the remaining 14 laps with only one shoe to finish with a time of 10:18.11, just 1.40 seconds back of first. This is Sellick's second individual crown, having won the 1,500-meter at the 2008 WAC Outdoor Track & Field Championship. Also nominated: 2009-10 Athletes of the Week:
